The Big Star Manager is looking for new talent. A reality TV show realizing a new contract with a record label for the new Big Star. The show starts with 200 potential candidates.

The audience decides together with the Big Star Manager who will be the new talent. At the end of the competition only one Big Star will sign up the deal with the record label.
